Frank W. Fuller, Jr., 64, of Wintersville, Ohio, died Friday, February 19, 2010 at his residence. He was born October 4, 1945 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Frank W. and Juanita M. Reese Fuller, Sr. Frank was a former member of Zion United Church of Christ and secretary/treasurer for BMWE Local Union #3073. He had 20 years of service as a foreman for Norfolk & Southern RR. Surviving are his wife Debra S. Cook Fuller; son Chad E. Fuller; daughter Carly A. Fuller; three sisters Juanita (William) Welsh, Barbara (Sam) Kurko and Connie (Mike) Donavan and four brothers Mike, Richard, Stacey (Barbara) and Thomas (Melissa) Fuller. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Monday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. where a service will be held Tuesday 11 a.m. with Fr. Nicholas Halkias officiating. Trisagion service Monday 7:30 p.m.
