Frank S. “Skip” Spurr, Jr., 82, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, March 5, 2021. He was born November 10, 1938 in Washington, DC, a son of the late Frank S. and Margaret Henrietta Sullivan Spurr, Sr.

He was retired chief building engineer for Madison Management Corp. Preceding Skip in death were his son Frank “Spin” Spurr (2002); daughter Cynthia Spurr (2020); and sister Bette Shavette.

Skip is survived by his wife Deborah L. Walker Spurr; daughter Theresa Tuono; brother Robert (Ruth) Spurr; two grandchildren Brittaney Staples and Tony Tuono; and great grandson Joel Tuono.

Private services and burial were held at New Alexandria Cemetery.
