Becca and family, While I was on FB, I saw some pics you were tagged in, and I had the urgency to check the newspaper online. I am so sorry to have read of your dad's passing. I know from seeing you last year that he had medical issues and his passing is most likely a blessing, but knowledge of that doesn't keep the hurt away from those here on Earth. I pray your family is comforted in knowing what a great man Frank was, and I also hope your memories of him will give you comfort at this difficult time. I hope to see you and your beautiful family Thursday. Love you, Guapa!

Dear Lucille, I was so sorry to read of Framk's passing. Since resigning from Steubenville Country Club a few years back, I haven't run into you or Frank much. The people at the club have always been close to my heart and Frank has been a strong reason why. He was always very kind and gentlemanly toward me. Frank was also very considerate with my father which I very much appreciated. As you know, they played golf regularly for many years. My dad loved the game with Ed DiAngelo and Frank. I played with them on occasion and always had a great time. I wish all of the Biggios the best during these difficult days. Frank will be remembered. Sincerely, Marty Hauser
