I am deeply saddened by the news of Frank's passing. I am so fortunate to have known Frank and really enjoyed visiting with him several weeks ago when I was in town. We talked about the good old days when we were young and some of the things we experienced together. Frank will always be in my memories of the good times. Dan M. Florian retired IBEW 246
