Mrs. Jenny was our next-door neighbor on Vireo Drive for many years.   She was a sweet woman, who cared deeply for others and was always doing something to support those less fortunate.   Each year she would prepare to host residents from Dixon's Nursing Home to come to her home for a luncheon.   And every week she hosted her family for dinner - without fail.   She was warm and kind with a sparkle in her eye and a cheerful disposition.  We used to enjoy trying to shovel her driveway without her seeing us so that she'd never know who helped her!  One summer she painted her foundation in the brutal heat and dared anyone to take away her paintbrush!  She had a heart for others and her kindness endured.   May God give her rest and welcome her home.

I would agree with Steve, Mrs. Jenny had the heart of gold and the energy of the child.  She was a special person to the neighbors on Verio.  She was one of a kind.  Heaven is welcoming her with open arms
