Felix W. “Bill” Cerra, 74, of Wintersville, Ohio died Sunday, September 18, 2005 at Carriage Inn of Steubenville. He was born in Steubenville on April 6, 1931 a son of the late Anthony and Eugenia Torchio Cerra. Bill was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Preceding Bill in death were a granddaughter Sara Ann Radivoj; one brother Gene Cerra and one sister Anne Kissel. Bill is survived by two daughters Christine Radivoj of Follansbee and Toni Brehm of Richmond, Ohio; son William C. (Susan) Cerra of Springhill, Florida; three grandchildren Theresa Brehm, Mark Nicholas Radivoj and Mary Renee Cerra; and two brothers Anthony (Eleanor) Cerra and James (Barbara) Cerra both of Bloomingdale, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Blessed Sacrament with Msgr. Gerald E. Calovini officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben. Vigil services 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad will conduct services at the cemetery.
