Evelyn L. Barcus 92 of Steubenville died Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at Dixon Health Care Center, Wintersville. She was born May 16, 1913 in Wells Creek, Jefferson County, Ohio. The daughter of the late George and Minnie Cusick Bell. She is preceded in death by her husband Fredrick Barcus, son, James Barcus, one sister and four brothers. Evelyn attended Finley United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. She is survived by four nephews Dwight “Whitey” Bauman of Wintersville, Robert, Richard and Raymond Bell all of Steubenville, OH. Private services where held today at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville with Rev. P. Douglas George officiating. Burial Fort Steuben.
