Eugene B. Robinson, 69, of Steubenville, Ohio died Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Trinity West. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on August 21, 1939 the son of the late John H. and Florence M. Johnson Robinson. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by five brothers. Eugene was a truck driver for Bond Moving & Storage Co. and a member of PNA.He is survived by a son Eugene Heck of Mingo Junction; a daughter Billie Jo Dailey of Wintersville; step-daughter Sarah Blackburn of Steubenville; several grandchildren and a great granddaughter; three brothers John Robinson of Steubenville, Bill Robinson of Maine and Clifford Robinson of Smithfield; two sisters Wanda Henry and Sheila Mason of Newark,OH; three step-brothers John, Dennis and Sanford Robinson; and three step-sisters Brenda Jenkins, Denise Sheppard and Molly Jo Beatty.Friends may call at the Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave), 611 N. 4th Street, Steubenville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6 until the time of funeral services at 8 p.m. Dr. Rev. John Beard officiating.Private burial at Union Cemetery.
