Emory H. Harms 82 of Richmond, Ohio died Sunday, April 4, 2004 at Valley Hospice Palliative Care Unit, Steubenville, Ohio. He was born in Holiday’s Cove, WV on February 17, 1922. Emory was retired from Sattralloy, Mingo Junction, Ohio and was a Navy veteran of WWII. He was preceded in death by his mother Minnie Belle Harms. Surviving are his wife Dorothy R. McGrew Harms; one daughter Susan Kleiner of Steubenville and a sister-in-law Ethel Findlay of Wintersville. Services and burial were held on Wednesday at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
