Emma A. Gourley 86 of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, October 9, 2002 at Country Club Manor, Steubenville. She was born in Homestead, Pennsylvania on September 14,1916 a daughter of the late Ralph and Lilly Cannon Miller. Emma was a member of Calvary Fifth U .M. Church in Steubenville and was preceded in death by her husband Merwin A. Gourley on January 17, 1991 and one sister Lillian Jackson. Surviving are one son son Richard A. Gourley of Austintown, Ohio; two granddaughters Lisa (Dennis) Tinkler of Gahanna, Ohio and Sherri (Michael) Skuble of Gypsum, Colorado; and two great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of services at noon in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery, Steubenville.
