To one of my dearest friends, Wendi: I am incredibly sorry for the loss of your mom. Growing up, she was like a second mom to me. I had many talks with her about you and cannot tell you enough how proud she was to have you as her daughter. She loved you so much and she knew how much you loved her, too. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I love and miss you, Emily

Florette was always the sunshine in any crowd. Her smile and energy were a welcome gift each time you saw her. Above all, the depth of love she felt for her family, friends, and those she cared for was so evident. All of us will miss her more than words can say. Jack, Willy, Wendi and John...my heart breaks for you, but I know you will find you are still being watched over by the one who loved you most...your wife and mother. Florette, we wish you could have stayed with us longer...we miss you...always will.
