Elma C. Sharp, 83, of Wintersville, Ohio, died Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Trinity West. She was born December 22, 1924 in New Martinsville, West Virginia the daughter of the late Elmer and Leona Ingold Howell. Preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lee “Spike” Sharp, whom she married on October 19, 1946; two brothers, Glen and Henry Howell.Elma was a homemaker and member of Wintersville United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Jedison C. (Marie) Sharp of Colorado; daughters, Karen Sharp Blackburn of Bloomingdale, OH., Terry (Michael) Legros ,with whom she resided, and Jettisanne (Martin) Williamson both of Wintersville, OH.; seven grandchildren, William J. “Bill” and Casey T. Blackburn, Karen Beekman, Jason Legros, Courtney Williamson, Shelba Rusnak and Martin Williamson IV.; five great grandchildren.Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville, OH on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. Rev. Clint Quillen officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
