Ella J. Eye, 88, of Steubenville passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at Sienna Skilled Nursing Center. She was born in New Kensington, PA on January 27, 1935 a daughter of the late Melvin and Effie Shangle Neff. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John R. Eye; son Jack L. Eye; sister Sally Neff; brother Jim Neff and several half-brothers and half- sisters. Ella is survived by her sons Larry Eye of Bloomingdale, OH and Kevin (Julie) Eye of Windermere, FL; grandchildren Cory Cook, Ryan Eye and Ashton Eye; great grandchildren Rydon and Mila Eye. Friends may call on Saturday, January 27, 2024, 10a.m. at Union Cemetery Chapel in Steubenville.
