Elizabeth "Betty" Call 57 of Holmes Beach, Florida, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio died Wednesday, September 18, 2002 as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio on September 10,1945. Betty was the manager of Blake Hospital Gift Shop, where she also served as a volunteer chaplain. She was a member and eucharistic minister at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Holmes Beach and a member of Blake Medical Center Auxiliary. Preceded in death by her father Ralph DeBacco; first husband Daniel Vargo and one son Jeffrey Vargo. Surviving are her husband Rick Call; son Jason Vargo of Pittsburgh, PA; daughter Kelly Call of Holmes Beach; mother Anne DeBacco of Mingo Junction, Ohio; two brothers James (Glenna) DeBacco and Ralph DeBacco both of Mingo and one sister Diane (Ed) Martin of Myrtle Beach, SC.
