I worked with Eli at the Division of Liquor Control. During 2017, we we all temporarily re-located to a large conference room while our offices were remodeled. We were in very close quarters sitting back to back in rows of long folding tables. Eli sat behind me. He had me laughing in gales most of the time! It was the most fun I had in my career. Thanks for the laughs Eli. Rest in peace. ~ Jodi Govern
