Eleanor M. Westlake, 91, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Valley Hospice. She was born in Steubenville on May 17, 1930 a daughter of the late Fred & Adaline DeSarro Gaylord. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church when she resided in Weirton. Preceding Eleanor in death were her husband William C. Westlake; two sisters Dolores Angelo & Gloria Pompa.
Eleanor is survived by her daughter Pam (Darrell) Richardson; son Billy Westlake; four grandsons Sam (Brandie) and Bruce Richardson & Patrick and Michael Westlake; and great grandson Talan Richardson.
Per Eleanor’s request, all services are private.
Burial at Union Cemetery.
