Edwin A. "Ed" Ainey 77 of Bloomingdale, OH died Saturday, September 14, 2002 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH. He was born on January 21, 1925 in Brooklyn, NY a son of the late Edwin L. and Lena Mack Ainey. He was a retired purchasing agent at the former Satralloy of Goulds, U.S. Navy veteran of W.W.II, member of Steubenville Masonic Lodge #45, American Legion Post #557, member of Wintersville United Methodist Church. Ed was an avid woodworker and gardener and loved traveling and visited at one time every state in the union. He is survived by his wife Jeannette Glow Ainey whom he married on June 4, 1949, son Steven and his wife Peggy of Pittsburgh, P A, daughter Mrs. Andrew (Connie) Buydasz of Oakdale, P A, four grandchildren Elizabeth Ainey, Bradley, Adam and Kevin Nida, several step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren, three brothers William of Agawam, MA, Donald of Sun City, AZ, Harold of Susquehanna, P A. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Monday 2-4 and 79 P.M. where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11 :00 A.M. with Rev.
