Edward H. “Murph” Murphey, 85, of Carrollton, Ohio, formerly of Wintersville died Friday, March 9, 2007 at Aultman Hospital, Canton, Ohio. He was born February 21, 1922 in Charleston, WV a son of the late Clinton J. and Pearl Neuhart Murphey. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Ernest Murphey. He was owner and operator of Murph’s RV and a protestant by faith. Surviving are his son, Clinton (Bonnie) Murphey of Toronto, OH; daughters, Sharon Gray of Lexington, KY and Beverly Dobbins of Massillon, OH; devoted and loving companion, Ramona Middleton, of Carrollton, OH; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and life-long friend, Alice Murphey of Richmond, OH. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Monday with Rev. Clint Quillen officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
