Edward C. Brown, 95, of Wintersville passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at his home. He was born in West Virginia on August 9, 1920 a son of the late William and Catherine Brown. Edward served in the U.S. Army during WWII and later retired from Conrail as a car inspector. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his 1st wife Esther Bell Call Brown and several siblings. He is survived by his wife Irene Miller Drumm Brown. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at Union Cemetery Chapel at 1p.m. with Deacon Mark Erste officiating.
