Edna L. Ward 95 of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at Trinity West. She was born in Hundred, WV on March 11, 1910 to the late Samuel and Jane Morris Wykert. Edna was a member of Wintersville Baptist Temple and preceded in death by her husband Jesse A. Ward and two sons Billy G. Piddock and Fred M. Piddock. Edna is survived by her daughter Sandra “Sandy” (Robert) Allen of Mingo and eight grandchildren Marjorie “Bunny” (Rick) Ball of New Alexandria, Fred Piddock and William (Jane) VanVoltenburg both of Steubenville, Terri L. Patterson of Colliers, WV, Bonnie DeLong, Jane Kleineke and Michael (Tisha) VanVoltenburg all of Mingo, and Melissa “Missy” Piddock Louisiana; 16 great and 3 great great grandchildren ; and daughter-in-law Grace “Joann” Piddock of Steubenville. Friends may call at Hoff-Shorac Funeral Home, 235 Clifton Avenue, Mingo on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
