Edna Kirkpatrick, 94, of Wintersville, Ohio died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Mary Jane Brooks Care Center North. She was born January 30, 1923 in Washington D.C. a daughter of the late William and Edna Campbell. Edna was a member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was always there when someone needed her. Preceding Edna in death were her husband John J. Kirkpatrick, Sr. and son Robert Kirkpatrick. Surviving are her son John J. Kirkpatrick, Jr. of Wintersville, OH; three grandchildren Bobby (Heather) Kirkpatrick, John Wayne (Cindy) Kirkpatrick, Rob (Susan) Kirkpatrick; five great grandchildren Collin, Chandler, Sebastion, Chelsea and Skyler Kirkpatrick. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Thursday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass will be celebrated at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Friday 12 p.m. (noon) with Fr. Michael Gossett officiating. Entombment at Fort Steuben. Vigil service Thursday 6 p.m. Memorial donations may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
