Edith J. DeNicola, 95, of Wintersville passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 14th, 2015 at the home of her son Randy DeNicola, in Greensboro, North Carolina. She was born on June 13th, 1919 in Toronto, Ohio, the daughter of the late Jamima and George Duncan. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel DeNicola, and her brothers George and Alex Duncan.
She is survived by her children Daniel (Sunni) DeNicola, of Gettysburg, PA; Randy (Carol) DeNicola of Greensboro, NC; Bill DeNicola of Fayetteville, NC; Barry (Toni) DeNicola, of Naples, Fla; Candy (Steve) Skidmore, of Dayton, Oh; and David DeNicola, of North Carolina; as well as 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Saturday, May 23rd, 2015 from 10 to 11am. Services will begin at 11 a.m., with Rev. Dr. Philip Markari officiating, followed by entombment at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
