Edith Geraldine Shepherd, 92, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Sienna Woods Care Center in Wintersville, OH. She was born August 5, 1925 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Clyde and Mary Grimm of Toronto. Preceding Edith in death were husband of 30 years Billie Shepherd; son Clyde Donald Shepherd; grandson Christopher A. Snedeker; granddaughter Bonnie R. Beadnell; sister Jean Nichols and brother Robert “Bob” Grimm. Surviving are his daughters Melody Ley of Struthers, OH and Sharon (Larry) Beadnell of Bloomingdale, OH; sons Bill Shepherd of Toronto, OH, Randy Shepherd of Steubenville, OH and Terry Shepherd of Steubenville, OH; brother Edward Grimm of Amsterdam, OH; sister Eleanor Durnen of Steubenville, OH; 21 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and many extended family. A celebration of life will be held at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Saturday 2 p.m.
