Easter L. “Dee Dee” Marker, 70, of Steubenville, Ohio died on Monday, January 25, 2010 at Trinity West. She was born April 9, 1939 in Barnesville, Ohio a daughter of the late John and Rosella P. Wells Woodland. She was a member of Smithfield Methodist Church. Preceding Easter in death were her husband Richard D. Marker; sister Priscilla Shilling and three brothers Jesse, Paul and Charles Woodland. Surviving are her son Richard E. Marker of Camarillo, CA; three brothers Hubert (Carol) Woodland of Wintersville, OH, John Woodland of Knoxville, OH and Jerry (Jayne) Woodland of Carroll, OH; nephew and caretaker Michael Woodland; many many best friends and beloved pup Skybo. Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave Funeral Home), 611 North Fourth St., Steubenville Thursday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. where a service will be held Friday 10 a.m. with Rev. Dr. John Beard officiating. Burial at Bloomingdale Cemetery.
