Earl F. Kindsvatter 89 of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, July 3, 2002 at his residence. He was born in Steubenville on September 2, 1912 a son of the late Richard F. and Elizabeth Anna Hopkins Kindsvatter. He was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Steubenville and was retired from Spahns Dairy. Earl was preceded in death by one son Warren E. Kindsvatter on October 5, 1970; three brothers and one sister. Surviving are his wife Meryle E. Thompson Kindsvatter; two sons Kent of Witchita, KS and Gary of San Francisco, CA; three daughters Karen Laribee of Waukesha, WI, Ardena Richardson of Zanesville, OH and Cathy Kindsvatter at home; one brother George of Wintersville ; one sister Naomi Parks of Naples, FL; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. At the request of Earl’s family, services and burial will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Pauls Episcopal Church.
