Dulcie L. Vein, 69, of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore, MD on May 15, 1936 to the late Hansford and Virginia Welsh Groah. She was president of Bosney-Densmore Animal Shelter Trust. Dulcie is survived by her husband George Vein; daughters Kim Dixon, Kay (Lory) Riggs, Ginny (Michael) Wilson and Michelle Vein all of Mingo; sons George W. (Wendy) Vein of Pottery Addition and Samuel J. Vein of Steubenville; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren, Other relatives include Terri (Eric) Griffith, Wayne Hasley and Sherry Vein. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday with Rev. Delbert Lash officiating. Memorials may be directed to Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
