Obituary For Dorsey M. McNeil

Dorsey M. McNeil, 75, of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Saturday, August 15, 2015 at Life Line Hospital. She was born November 14, 1939 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Lester C. and Lois M. Irvin Tressler. Dorsey was a former member of FOP Ladies Auxiliary. Preceding Dorsey in death were her sisters JoAnn Eiler and Linda Bickerstaff; infant brother Lester B. Tressler and brother Charles H. Tressler. Surviving are her son Scott (Glenna) McNeil, Sr. of Wellsville, OH; two grandchildren Scott McNeil, Jr. of Austintown, OH and Natasha (Chucky) McCulley of Salineville, OH; five great grandchildren; sister Shirley (Bill) McNeil of Bloomingdale, OH; nephew, with whom she resided, Mike Dolfi of Bloomingdale, OH and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville Wednesday 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. where a service will be held Thursday 10 a.m. with Rev. Sam Retzer officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.

    I used to work with Dorsey at Dixon Nursing Home. I hope she and Linda are together again. Deepest sympathy.
