Dorothy V. Reducha 88 of Steubenville, Ohio died Thursday afternoon at her residence. She was born in Steubenville on March 3, 1916 a daughter of the late Theodore and Harriett Beans Smith. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Peter A. Reducha on March 11, 2000. Surviving are her son John A. “Tony” (Sandy) Reducha of Bloomingdale, Ohio; two sisters Jean Smith and Barbara Johnson both of Steubenville; two granddaughters Jan (Doug) Freshwater of Wintersville and Jamie Reducha of Bloomingdale; and four great grandchildren. At the request of her family, Dorothy’s services will be private.
