Dorothy M. Lee, 81, of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, May 6, 2005 at her residence. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on September 23, 1924, a daughter of the late Robert E. and Jessie Brock Wallace. Dorothy was a member of First Christian Church in Steubenville and LaBelle Chapter 414 Order of Eastern Star. Preceding Dorothy in death were her husband Robert E. Lee on November 20, 2002 and two brothers Robert Wallace and William R. Wallace. Dorothy is survived by her son Richard E. (Karen) Lee of Danville, California; two daughters Barbara (Gary) Retone of Tampa, Florida and Debby (Robert) LaPorta of Damascus, Maryland; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother James (Donna) Wallace of Calcutta, Ohio and sister Gladys McVay of St. Petersburg, Florida. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Rev. Douglas Shoaff officiating.
