Dorothy M. “Dotti” Jordan, 65, of Toronto, Ohio died Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Life Line Hospital. She was born January 3, 1949 a daughter of the late Samuel Henry Cox, Sr. and Flora Elizabeth Cox Beall. Dotti was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a veteran of the US Navy and worked as a waitress at the Deerfield Circle Restaurant. Preceding Dotti in death was her brother Samuel H. Cox, Jr. and brother-in-law William “Gus” Lamantia, Sr. Surviving are two sons Doug (Tracie) Hoffmaster of Anchorage, AK and Rick (Michelle) Hoffmaster of Toronto, OH; daughter Nikki (Joe) Burkey of Hanoverton, OH; six grandchildren Brandon, Courtney, Kaelynn and Ricky Hoffmaster and Lona and Joey Burkey; great grandson Bentley Hoffmaster and two sisters Shirley Lamantia of Steubenville, OH and Carol “Susie” (James A.) Scott of Florida. Friends may call at Dunlope – Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Sunday 3 – 5 p.m. where a service will be held Monday 10 a.m. with Pastor Raul Diaz officiating. Burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
