Doug, Brad, and family, We are so sorry to hear of your mother's death. She was the dearest, sweet mother, our next door neighbor, who I remember very well. Her talent for cooking and taking care of your beautiful home always inspired me, and we love you family. She was always smiling, and such a beautiful woman.love, Mag and family

The Ballantines were always great neighbors and so enjoyable to be around - such great senses of humor. They were always good to our sons - the paperboys. We admired Dort's devotion to Hugh as she made many trips to Pittsburgh during his hospitalization.Glad this wonderful woman is at peace.

Our lives were "richer" because we had a wonderful "Aunt Dort" in them! We will always hold dearly in our hearts memories of fun family vacations, the fabulous cook she was, her beautiful personality, our "teary" goodbyes, and her cheerful smile and great laugh! She truly blessed everyone who met her. Those of us who can't be with you send loving, supportive, caring hugs and our deepest sympathy. With love, Sue, Debbie, Beth, and Jane
