Dorothy L. “Dottie” Helsley, 79, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022. She was born on August 6, 1942 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Clarence & Mary Marie Oliver Givens. She was a member of Crossroads Christian Church and a retired bank teller. Preceding Dottie in death were her stepmother Mamie Givens and sister Peggy Rekai.
Dottie is survived by her husband Richard Helsley; sons Dan (Melanie) Parrish & Donald (Star) Parrish; six grandchildren Jacob, Jared, Coleman, Lakyn, Keaton & Carson Parrish; nine great grandchildren; and two sisters Lorraine Colantoni & Linda Sullivan.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Monday from 3 – 4 p.m. services with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
