Dorothy Jean Hall, 56, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Carriage Inn of Steubenville. She was born February 4, 1956 in Portsmouth, OH a daughter of the late Carl D. and Norma Brown Hall. Surviving is her brother Danny Hall of Kentucky and a sister Belinda Janocha of Florida. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Thursday from 12 p.m. until the time of service at 1p.m. with Rev. Bill Westling officiating. Burial at Crystal Dawn Cemetery in Quincy, KY. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be directed to a church of the donor’s choice.
