Dorothy Heath, 97, passed away Sunday February 13, 2022 at Golden Oaks Assisted Living in Follansbee, WV. Dorothy was born November 5, 1924 in Steubenville, Ohio a daughter of the late Frank and Mary Ann Morgan Foley. She worked for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel as a mail clerk and then as an executive secretary for the Louis Berkman Company. Dorothy was a member of the Pilot Club in the 1950’s and 1960’s and most recently she was an active member of the Red Cross. She attended Starkdale Presbyterian Church.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Claude Heath; two sisters Elizabeth Wilson and Helen Jane Smuck; brother Pat Foley and nephew Michael Smuck.
She is survived by her four nephews, Jonathan Smuck, Barry (Sally) Wilson, Tom Wilson and William Wilson.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Wednesday starting at 1:30 p.m. until the time of services at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. William Westling officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
