Doreen M. Dugan Lowe, 60, of Medina, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Cleveland Clinic. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio on February 24, 1963 a daughter of the late Thomas W. & Donna M. Costlow Dugan, Sr.
Doreen is survived by her husband Marc W. Lowe; children Donovan T. Lowe and Colleen M. Lowe; brothers Thomas, Jr. (Eileen), Mark (Becky), Dirk (late Amy) and Todd; sisters Maureen (David) Molesky and Jean (Sean) Creegan.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Saturday, February 24, from 10 a.m. until the time of services at noon with Rev. William Cross officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
