Donna M. Randolph, 66, of Rayland died Monday, November 13, 2006 at Valley Hospice Palliative Care. She was born March 6, 1940 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Francis W. and Agnes V. Bell McCain. Surviving are her sons George Randolph, Jr. and Clint Skidmore; six grandchildren Ronnie, Christopher, Robin, Randal, Johnessa and Jeromey; siblings Randal & David McCain and Ruth Reed; numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday December 2, 2006 at 7 p.m. at Bloomingdale Church of God with Rev. Jack Klinesmith, Sr. officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Valley Hospice, Inc.
