Donna L. Campbell, 80, of Steubenville, Ohio died October 31, 2021 at home. She was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on June 2, 1941 a daughter of the late Autis & Wilma Newlen Adkins. Preceded in death by husband Donald Menear, Sr.; son Donald Menear, Jr.; sister Beverly Johnson & brother Autis Eugene Adkins.
Donna is survived by her children Debra (Rebecca Brewer) Polimine, Linda (Arthur) Carpenter & David Menear; sisters Carolyn Darr & Barbara (John) White; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
