Donald W. Sampson, 54, of Steubenville, died Monday, June 12, 2017 at his residence of natural causes. He was born in Steubenville on July 9, 1962 the son of the late William C. and Mary M. Anthony Sampson. He was preceded in death by his wife Linda Marie McDonald Sampson. He was retired from Trinity Medical Center West as a Dietary Aide and Catholic by faith. He is survived by his siblings Kevin Sampson of Follansbee, WV and Norma Vasquez of California, and caregiver Mona (Richard “Rick”) Pehanich of Steubenville. Friends may call at the Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave’s Funeral Home), 611 North 4th Street, Steubenville on Friday from 6 – 8 p.m. Per Donald’s request, funeral services will be private. Burial at Mt. Calvary.
