Donald Ray Frey, 78, of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Friday, June 26, 2015 at Trinity West ER. He was born February 20, 1937 in Fernwood, Ohio a son of the late John & Katherine Haught Frey. He was a retired service technician from Borden Office Equipment and served in the Army during the Korean War. Preceding Donald Ray in death were his brothers Elmer, Charles & William Frey; sisters Juanita Starcher, Thelma Vandeborne, Florence Vandeborne, Margaret Frey, Hazel Daugherty, Sylvia Search & his twin Donna Benvenuti.

Surviving are his wife Carole M. Morrow Frey; sons Russell (Debbie) Frey of Mingo, Scott (Jamie) Frey of Martins Ferry; daughter Rita (Larry) Swickard of Toronto; six grandchildren Rachael, Heather, Kristin, Zachary, Brennen and Alexandra; five great grandchildren and his canine companion, Daisy.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville on Monday 4-7 p.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Brother Doug Snyder officiating. Entombment at Fort Steuben.

Ohio Valley Veterans will conduct military services at cemetery chapel.
