Donald E. Wells, Sr. 59 of Fredericktown, Ohio, formerly of Wintersville, Ohio died Tuesday evening at Knox Community Hospital, Mt. Vernon, Ohio. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 10, 1945 a son of the late Paul E. and Lucille Hardman Wells. Don was retired from Weirton Steel Co.; a member of Starkdale U.P Church; American Legion Post 557 and a Mason. Preceding him in death were one son Donald Jr. and an infant sister. Don is survived by one daughter Brenay D. Mulkey and two grandchildren Drake and Selina Mulkey all of Fredericktown; and one sister Kay Bezak of New Alexandria, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville on Saturday from noon until time of services at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. John Zuercher officiating. Burial at New Alexandria Cemetery.
