Donald Bice, 86, of Steubenville passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Scenic Pointe Nursing Home in Millersburg, OH. He is the son of the late Darrell and Georgia Belle Metz Bice. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters June Buchanan and Lucille McGrath. Donald is survived by his brother John Bice and his niece Georgia A. Santilli. Funeral arrangements are private.
