Dona, my dear friend, was a sweet and Godly woman who was always active. From cooking to making candy at home she loved to give those gifts to others. Together we would shop in specialty stores, and she would buy to give to a friend or to family, rather than buying for herself. We planned trips and traveled to over 30 countries and completed over 100 trips of various lengths, planned and planted flower beds, studied the Bible, decorated rooms, and on and on. There was no end to her interests and energy. Her quiet demeanor did not exhibit her inner strengths. She suffered endless hours the past few years, but now has no more pain, no more tears. She loved her family dearly, and she would want everyone to live a life pleasing to God and to be worthy of meeting Him in Heaven. With God's help, we will see you again someday, dear one.
