Obituary For Dolores J. Visyak

Dolores J. Visyak, 88 of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, February 9, 2018 at home. She was born July 29, 1929 in Highlandtown, OH the daughter of the late John “Dutch” & Agnes Boyd Leatherberry. She was a member of Starkdale Presbyterian Church and Quilters INC. Dolores was an accomplished artist. Preceding her in death were two grandsons Brian Andrews & Brian Huber; two brothers Walt & Don Leatherberry.

Dolores is survived by her husband of 67 years Paul Visyak; four children Dale (Patti) Visyak, Sharon (Kevin) Petrilla, Sheila (Jim) Byard & Sandee Huber; grandchildren Matthew (Jackie), Trevor, Jessica, J.R., P.J. (Mara), Jennifer (Blake), Terri, Danny, & George (Ashley); 12 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren and her canine companion Chloee.

Friends may call at Starkdale Presbyterian Church, 4800 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville, Ohio on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. with Rev. Carl Moore officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Starkdale Church or Valley Hospice.

    Deepest sympathies to Cousin Paul and all of the family.  67 years of marriage, wow!  Dolores was a very beautiful and talented person.  She helped my mom, Mary Cascioli in many ways with her art and other things.  May she rest in peace after a long and beautiful life.Love from Bill and Judy Criss
