Obituary For Diantha Marie Milligan

Diantha Marie Milligan, 37, of Mingo Junction, OH passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021 at Trinity West ER. She was born in Steubenville on February 1, 1984 a daughter of Clara Zack Tippie. Diantha was Methodist by faith and a former home health aide. She was proceeded in death by her maternal grandfather Neal Mitchell Zack. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her maternal grandmother Florence Zack; fiancé David Smith, both of Mingo Junction; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, OH on Tuesday, August 31 from 11a.m. until time of service at noon. Burial at Oakland Cemetery
