Diana “Dee” Dettore, 62, of Steubenville, OH passed away on Monday, November 22, 2021 at her residence. She was born in Steubenville on August 8, 1959 the daughter of the late George B. and Helen A. Pendleton Dettore. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law Jessica Dettore. She was retired from Wal-Mart as a stock clerk. Dee was a member of First Westminster Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir and Ohio Valley Chorale Society. She loved the ocean, camping, fishing and lighthouses. Dee is survived by her best friend Chris Grimm of Steubenville; brothers Ron (Cathy) Dettore of Sunbury, OH and Richard Dettore of Weirton, WV; nephew Greg (Adrienne) Dettore; niece Karen (Richard) Freeman; great nephew Grant Dettore; great nieces Julia Dettore, Stella and Calista Freeman and her beloved dog Wags. Friends may call at First Westminster Presbyterian Church, 235 N. 4th Street, Steubenville on Friday, November 26, 2021 from 9a.m. until time of services at 11a.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: First Westminster Church or Cancer Dietary Initiative (CDI) 740-264-7543.

When I think of Dee, I see her smiling and fussing about putting all of the Christmas decorations out in Aunt Ginnys yardshe was fun loving with a huge heart. I was blessed to know her.
