Denis Pritt, 75, of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Thursday, August 18, 2005 at Sunny Slope Nursing Home in Bowerston, OH. He was born in Knawls Creek, WV on April 29, 1930, the son of the late William and Icy Chipps Pritt, Sr. Denis was a heavy equipment mechanic and a Navy veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. Preceding Denis in death were 3 brothers and 4 sisters. Surviving are his daughter Carla Douglass of Bloomingdale, OH; 2 sons Denis (Pritt) Hardesty of Lisbon, OH and David Pritt of Vienna, WV; sister Norma Pritt of Phoenix AZ; brother William Pritt, Jr. of Ireland, WV; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and also many nieces and nephews.
