Obituary For Deborah S. Firm

Deborah S. Firm, 60, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Valley Hospice. She was born on October 14, 1961 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Robert L. & Charlette Yoder Starliper. Deb was a member of First Westminster Church, where she served as a Sunday School teacher and on the nominating committee. She was a lab technician at UPMC Presbyterian with 35 years of service. Preceding Deb in death were her parents and husband Paul K. Firm.

Deb is survived by two children Ashley Lynn (fiancé Adam Dulak) and Matthew Paul; sister Diana (Sam Vein) Starliper and their daughter Gordana.

Friends may call at First Westminster Church, 235 N. Fourth St., Steubenville, on Tuesday 3-7 p.m. and on Wednesday from noon until the time of services at 1 p.m. with Rev Jason Elliott officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to First Westminster Church.
