Debbie was such a compassionate teacher and when she retired was greatly missed. I knew Debbie as a friend, teacher colleague, and parent of one of her students, Duayne. Her ability to build confidence in her students was amazing. She genuinely cared, something many lack today. Her desire to see her students succeed and have fun doing it was evident to anyone who saw Debbie in action. My condolences to her family. She has surely earned her rest among the angels.
