Debora Jean Farley, 56, of Weirton formerly of Steubenville died Wednesday, December 15, 2010. She was born in Steubenville on November 21, 1957 a daughter of the late Theodore and Barbara Reed Huffine. Preceded in death by her husband James Farley. Debora is survived by her children Bradford Holloway of California, Sara Lowrey of California and Daniel Holloway of Toronto, OH; sisters Cathy Vadney, Elizabeth McQuellen and Bernice Richards; brother David Huffine. Services will be private at the request of the family.
