David Retzer, 59, of Steubenville, Ohio died Friday, October 13, 2006 at Palliative Care. He was born in Lancaster, Ohio on October 14, 1946, the son of the late Charles and Nancy Retzer. He was a retired independent truck driver and an Air Force veteran. Surviving are his daughter Sherie Retzer of Sacramento, CA; guardian/cousin Terry (Wanda) Retzer of Wintersville, OH; cousin Rev. Sam (Darlene) Retzer of Brilliant, OH; and many other cousins in Steubenville and Lancaster, OH. At the request of the family, private burial will be held at Maple Grove Cemetery in Lancaster, Ohio.
